COMPETITIVE EVENT SCHEDULE ILC 2025

Conference Registration, Uploads, HATS, and ATC Deadline
ILC Registration closes on May 15. Be sure to register before this date, or by the deadline set by your state.
Materials are due by May 15th for all events that require a Digital Upload. Check event guidelines for specific upload requirements and visit the Upload page for instructions.
Remember, events with these digital uploads will be pre-judged prior to ILC, so if you do not upload prior to May 15, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN AN ILC COMPETITION APPOINTMENT TIME.
HOSA Activity Tracking System (HATS) entries are also due May 15. All hours/dollars must be APPROVED by advisors for Barbara James Service Award, HOSA Service Project, American Red Cross Volunteer Recognition, and Health Literacy Ambassador recognition opportunities.
HOSA Academic Testing Center (ATC) registration deadline. One test is complimentary and included in the ILC registration fee for every HOSA delegate in secondary, postsecondary/collegiate, and alumni divisions. Additional tests are available for $20 per test.
IEP Verification and Accommodation Form Due – All Competitors in Personal Care, Life Support Skills, Speaking Skills, and Interviewing Skills must complete this form. Any other HOSA member requiring special assistance must also request accommodation by completing the form by May 15.

Virtual Pre-Judging
Material that is digitally uploaded by May 15 will be PRE-JUDGED by virtual judges. Competitors should check specific event guidelines to ensure the materials they upload are in the proper format for judges. Remember, competitors who fail to meet the May 15 upload deadline, WILL NOT be able to take part in competition.

Competitor Appointment Times Posted
Based on the Competitive Event Schedule posted below, competitors will know the 3-4 hour time block in which their competitive event will take place. In events with NO round one test, competitors will also need to know their specific appointment time. These appointment times will be posted on June 11, 2025.
Competitors should arrive to the room listed in the conference app/program no more than 15 minutes earlier than their given appointment time. Providing appointment times allows competitors to arrive for competition close to when they will see judges and prevents them from waiting for hours outside of the competition doors. For example, an event may be scheduled to take place between 1:00 – 5:00 pm on Thursday, but specific competitor appointment times may be given at 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, etc. Sharing appointment times early will allow competitors to ensure they are registered in the correct events, and to plan their ILC time accordingly.
