For the 2025 – 2026 membership year, the HOSA Digital Upload System will be used.

The following competitive events require competitors to upload digital materials for ILC by May 15, 2026. Remember – uploading for a regional or state conference DOES NOT mean you have submitted for ILC. You must follow the instructions above to submit your materials for ILC. 
 
Competitors should check at the local level to determine what events require a digital upload for any regional and state/chartered association conferences.

  3. Emotional Well-Being Challenge (Cover page, Summary of the Evaluation Plan/Tool, and URL Link for Video Presentation)
  4. Exploring Medical Innovation (exhibit plan by one team member)
  5. Family Medicine Physician (Interview Verification Form)
  6. First Step Career Skills (Role-Playing Video)
  7. Health Career Display (display plan and one picture by one team member)
  8. Health Career Photography (Portfolio)
  9. Health Career Preparation (Statement of Interest)
  10. Health Education (Portfolio by one team member)
  11. Interviewing Skills (Personal Statement and Resume)
  12. Job Seeking Skills (Personal Statement and Resume)
  13. Medical Innovation (exhibit plan by one team member)
  14. Mental Health Promotion (Reference pages, Completed Mental Health Consultation Form, and Digital File/Link to the Social Media Campaign by one team member)
