Many events have required digital uploads by May 15, 2026. When material is submitted digitally, the content will be pre-judged before ILC in Indianapolis. Please be sure you read your event guidelines to see if your event has a required digital upload. IF YOU DO NOT UPLOAD THE REQUIRED MATERIAL BY MAY 15, YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A COMPETITOR APPOINTMENT TIME FOR ILC. Instructions for uploading materials can be found here.
If a competitor used the HOSA Digital Upload System as a requirement at their SLC, the competitor MUST upload an ADDITIONAL submission for ILC by May 15.
The testing timeframe and schedule this year is NEW! There are “one day testing windows” for multiple events. Be sure you have read the full ILC Guide.
Tests at ILC are given using paper and pencil. Competitors will receive a printed test booklet containing the test questions. Competitors will also receive a paper scantron where they will bubble-in their answer choices, along with an event evaluation. Competitors will have additional time to complete both the test and evaluation prior to check-out. It is the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they read the test instructions and complete these items within the allotted time allowed.
Per the guidelines, it is also the COMPETITORS’s responsibility to bring #2 pencils to use during testing. HOSA does not provide pencils. Please come prepared. If there are tablecloths on a testing table, place your scantron on top of your testing booklet to bubble (for a harder surface).
New this year! Competitors may bring neon colored foam earplugs for noise control into the testing room. Earbuds are NOT allowed. Let event personnel know any questions or concerns. This is a shared space so thank you for your cooperation and patience!
