The Massachusetts HOSA State Advisor, Dr. Jaime Vallejos, along with researchers at Worcester State University, are conducting a study looking at the impact of COVID-19 and social distancing on education and well-being.

We encourage your participation so the survey can be classified as a national sample (multiple states).  Please encourage other teachers and students who are 18 plus years old to participate.  It would be of extraordinary value if you can share this request on all platforms available to you so we can achieve our national sample goal and a sufficiently large return to satisfy the required number of completed surveys.
