Surgeon General's 5K and Virtual Walk/Run

The USPHS Commissioned Corps would like to invite HOSA members to participate in the 2018 Surgeon General's 5K Walk/Virtual run. The Virtual Run is a national event that is open to everyone. HOSA members are encouraged to participate in this virtual run and help raise awareness for Addiction, Mental Health, and Obesity.
Details:
- This event is free of charge.
- Free health screenings and educational materials available onsite.
- Registration and free t-shirts are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- T-shirts may not be available for those who register after April 30.
How to Participate in Dallas:
- There is a limit of 300 participants.

- Registration Pick-Up: June 6, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Intercontinental Hotel (15201 Dallas Pkwy, Addison, TX 75001).
