ILC Travel

A new hotel release policy was approved by the HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors. Please read below for the 2026 ILC process.

To better support equitable access, improve the conference experience, and ensure responsible housing planning, HOSA-Future Health Professionals is implementing an updated hotel booking process for the International Leadership Conference 2026.

Hotels will be released to states using a staggered opening schedule. State blocks will open 3 days after your states SLC via state access codes provided to State Advisors.

Hotels have been divided into Group A and Group B. Group A Hotels are those hotels connected to the Indianapolis Convention Center via skybridge. Each state will receive a designated number of Group A rooms and a specific date when those rooms become available for booking. This approach ensures that all states have a fair opportunity to secure Group A hotel accommodations, regardless of size or state conference date.

Once a state’s Group A room allocation is filled, attendees will continue to have access to a wide selection of additional hotels in Group B, which includes several thousand rooms across the Indianapolis area. These hotels remain available throughout the booking process and offer flexibility in location and price point.

Hotel Cancellation Fee – NEW THIS YEAR. Hotel rooms cancelled after May 15, 2026 will be subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room charge (per room cancelled).
