May 15th: VILC Conference Registration Deadline
May 15th: Deadline for all volunteer hours to be entered into HOSA Activity Tracking System (HATS) by competitors and approved by Advisors. Recognition lists are pulled from approved data in the system on May 16th.

Healthcare Issues Exam – Guideline Modifications for Virtual ILC 2021:
ONLINE TEST
- The test can be taken at any point within the listed four-hour testing time frame above. Competitors must be logged in before the timeframe expires, as after the testing window closes no late tests will be accepted.
- The test will take place online. Go to https://testing.hosa.org/ to access the testing system. Login credentials will be emailed directly to competitors between June 8th-9th. If the competitor does not have an email on file, the login information will be sent to their state advisor for distribution. If you have not received your login credentials by June 10th, contact your State Advisor.
- All tests are open book / open note (competitors may not use other people for help).
- Testing time limit remain 60 minutes to complete 50 multiple-choice questions.
- The tiebreaker questions will be administered as explained in the original event guidelines.
- Tests can be taken on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, although the best testing experience will be from a computer. If you have any issues logging in or accessing online testing please email hosatesting@gmail.com or call the CE Help Line immediately at 888-231-6403.

May 15th: VILC Conference Registration Deadline
May 15th: State Advisors will forward lists to National HOSA of all chapters earning this recognition. All chapter names will be included in the Hall of Recognition during VILC.
Additionally, any chapter who wishes to have their project materials showcased during the optional event display time, can upload their content to Tallo by May 15th.
- Optional Digital Upload Due: Cover Page and Maximum of 8 pages of Chapter Communication Content
- The upload MUST be attached to the HOSA VILC HOSA Happenings Opportunity in Tallo. If your state collected Tallo materials for the State Conference, this upload is IN ADDITION to your previous uploads. Instructions for uploading to Tallo can be found HERE.
Wednesday, June 23rd 9:00am – Friday, June 25th 12:00pm: Virtual Display Time Available for viewing. (optional for all competitors)
When submitting materials to Tallo you were asked to opt in or out of participating in the Optional Display Time. If you ‘opted in’, then your competition materials will be available for all VILC attendees to view during the Virtual Display Time. Participation is optional and will not affect judge scores. The Virtual Displays will take place within the HOSA Virtual Event Platform. Thank you in advance for sharing your competition materials so that other attendees may learn for the future!

HOSA Service Project – Guideline Modifications for Virtual ILC 2021:

May 15th: Chartered Association projects are due and must be submitted by the State Advisor to Bergen.morehouse@hosa.org
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges and those meeting the minimum standards will be recognized in the Hall of Recognition during VILC.
Additionally, any entry meeting the minimum standards will be made part of the Virtual Display Time for all conference attendees to view.

Outstanding HOSA Achievement – Guideline Modifications for Virtual ILC 2021:
May 15th: VILC Conference Registration Deadline
May 15th: Each Chartered Association’s Outstanding HOSA Leader will be submitted to HOSA by the State Advisor. Awardees will submit photo and summary info as outlined in the event guidelines by May 15th.
