Marshall Bailly is the founder and Executive Director of Leadership Initiatives, a global nonprofit empowering young leaders and fostering community development. Since 2002, Marshall has guided the organization to address local and international challenges by providing students with resources, mentorship, and hands-on experience to create transformative change that combats human rights issues and strengthens business infrastructure in the developing world.

Inspired by the untapped potential in underserved communities, Marshall designed programs that bridge education, leadership, and global impact. Under his leadership, the organization has raised over $26 million, helping to establish and grow more than 400 businesses, build hospitals and schools, combat terrorism, and expand legal aid in countries such as Nigeria, Namibia, and the Philippines.

For over 20 years, his work has empowered thousands of students and communities, creating sustainable solutions for a brighter future.

Marshall has worked with HOSA for nearly a decade. Over the past nine years, Marshall has created special internship opportunities for thousands of HOSA students to intern at Leadership Initiatives in the fields of emergency medicine and neuroscience.

Additionally, Marshall has partnered with major organizations to provide top HOSA students with free SAT/ACT training, college application services, and mentoring services.

Marshall has served as part of the HOSA 100 since 2020 and as a board member since 2023. During that time he has assisted with donor outreach, student education assistance, and most recently, he led the search for a new executive director. Marshall joined the Alumni Committee in 2025.
