At the 2022 Washington Leadership Academy, state leaders were charged with developing action plans and campaigns for the development and execution of HOSA Week ideas. A few weeks ago, the IEC released the below preview for HOSA Week 2022 — sourced from the ideas and engagement provided at WLA! We would appreciate your sharing of these HOSA Week ideas to your chartered association officers, chapters, and members, but also encouraging them to participate! … and don’t forget to tag @hosafhp in all pictures posted so we can highlight members for their spirit!!!

But even MORE excitingly…. the 
2022-2023 International Executive Council is excited to announce the Inaugural IEC Engagement Award, an award that will be presented at the 2023 International Leadership Conference in Dallas to the Chartered Association with the highest “engagement” across five measured categories this year:
  1. Membership
  2. Service Project
  3. Conferences
  4. Social Media Engagement
  5. IEC and Partner Programming Participation
Please note: The IEC Engagement Award submission will be assessed via Opportunity due by May 15, 2023 submitted by either (A) State Advisor or (B) State Officer with State Advisor verification. The specific metrics and associated point values for each of the five buckets above will be shared out in the next few days, and the opportunity will open soon after. An exciting opportunity no doubt to see which Chartered Association finishes on top!
Until then, make sure your officers know to post and engage with HOSA Week 2022!!! Chartered associations will receive 1 point per day of activity during HOSA week related to HOSA week if they post or engage on their chartered association accounts!
