At ACTE VISION Closing General Session, Sricharan Pusala, HOSA’s International President, represented the Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO’s) by giving closing remarks.  Steve DeWitt, Deputy Executive Director, Association for Career and Technical Education shared the following: “Sri was outstanding.  I was truly impressed with his presentation skills – even among the CTSO national officers, I thought he rose to the top of the list in effectively communicating a strong message about the value of HOSA, CTSOs, and CTE… he didn’t even have a misplaced breath or hand gesture.

Dr. Jim Koeninger shared the following about Sri’s presentation, “your content was well chosen, your delivery was impeccable, your gestures and movement on stage was similar to a confident professional speaker, and the overall image you projected of HOSA-Future Health Professionals as well as yourself strengthened the role of HOSA as a pipeline for preparing the full range of future health professionals…..  Your presence also demonstrated HOSA’s efforts to encourage and welcome ethnically diverse students that will strengthen the delivery of quality healthcare for ALL patients.  This year’s International Executive Council represents many of the qualities that are needed to strengthen the healthcare delivery system. Well done, Mr. President!
