Demonstrating leadership is easy, and at times more difficult than we'd like to admit. Some concepts are simple to understand while others require a more technical approach. To help HOSA advisors develop their young leaders, we've created a program that's easy to understand, follow and facilitate.
Each Leader Level builds up on previous. We've broken the characterists and tools into three categories. Though the principles are designed to build on one another, advisors and students are welcomed to explore each level and select activities appropriate to their audience.
