Dr. Berdos joined HOSA in 2005. He has participated in many different aspects of HOSA through being a competitor twice at the International level, having served on both State (08-09) and International (09-10) Executive councils, and serving two terms on the HOSA Inc. Board of Directors. He currently holds the title of Chair of the HOSA Inc. Board of Directors.

Dr. Berdos graduated from the University of Florida in 2011 with a Bachelors of the Arts in Classical Studies. He went on to graduate from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2015 with his Doctor of Dental Medicine. He completed an additional 2 year residency in 2017 with a Certificate and Masters in Endodontics from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He is considered a rare triple Gator! Dr. Berdos is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Currently, this achievement is attained by less than 25% of Endodontists. He went on to open Bayshore Endodontics in 2021 in Bradenton, Florida.

Dr. Berdos resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and 2 children. He is a fluent in Greek and his hobbies include playing tennis, Green Bay Packers football, and traveling teaching his children about other cultures!
